Operating times summer 2024
The cable cars on the Hochzeiger take you quickly and comfortably to the Hochzeiger hiking paradise during the summer season. Discover well-marked hiking trails, impressive panoramic views, the exciting ZirbenPark and cozy alpine huts. Here you can find the current operating times of the mountain lifts for your ideal hiking day - so that you can make the most of every minute in nature!
Section 1 - Hochzeiger gondola lift:
- 25.05. to 20.10.2024, daily from 9:00 to 17:00 (no lunch break)
Section 2 - Sechszeiger double chairlift and Section 3 - Hochzeiger eight-seater chairlift 2.5:
- 22.06. to 15.09.2024: daily from 9:10 to 16:30 (no lunch break)
- 16.09. to 13.10.2024: Chairlifts in operation on the following weekdays: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 9:10 to 16:30 (no lunch break).
- Chairlifts out of service when it rains!
ZirbenPark:
- The ZirbenPark adventure trail at the middle station is open from 25.05. to 20.10.2024.
Zirbencart rental (Hochzeiger middle station):
- 22.06. to 15.09.2024: daily from 9:10 to 16:30 (no lunch break)
- 16.09. to 13.10.2024: Zirbencart operation exclusively on the following weekdays: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 9:10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (no lunch break).
- No Zirbencart operation in the rain!
Hochzeiger downhill bike trails:
- Steinbock Trail: blue, altitude from 2,500 to 2,000 m, length: 4.5 km, start: mountain station Achtersesselbahn - open daily from 22.06. to 15.09.2024 and on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 16.09. to 13.10.2024
- Family Trail: blue, altitude from 2,000 to 1,450 m, length: 7 km, start: Hochzeiger gondola lift mountain station - open daily until 20.10.2024

The team at the Hochzeiger cable car ticket office is there for you from 25.05. to 20.10.2024 daily from 09:00 to 17:00.
