Fun, games and interesting facts about the rare Swiss stone pine make an excursion to the ZirbenPark Hochzeiger interesting for all ages. The 1-kilometre ZirbenPark circular hiking trail in the Pitztal valley starts at the Hochzeiger middle station at 2,000 meters. The adventure trail leads through the stone pine forest with views of the villages of Jerzens and Wenns.

There are more than eighteen stations where you can learn interesting facts about the "Queen of the Alps", as the stone pine is affectionately known. The stone pine is a tree of the high mountains. It is said to have positive effects on human well-being and harmonizing properties.

A special experience

There is so much to discover in the ZirbenPark. You are guaranteed to find your favorite spot here. The highlight of the ZirbenPark is the 12-metre-high Zirbenzapfen adventure tower with its 16-metre-long tube slide. It was built in the shape of a pine cone and has a viewing platform. The Zirbenkugel climbing tree at the middle station is also lots of fun for visitors of all ages. It offers an exciting interplay of climbing fun and ball track action. There are also various stone pine ball tracks in the ZirbenPark itself. They promote motor skills and enable playful exploration of the ZirbenPark. The wooden balls are available for a fee at the valley station or directly at the middle station.

  • 3 cable cars open in summer! Gondola lift, Sechszeiger chairlift and Hochzeiger 2.5
  • Tip: Ridge hike with cable car support! Panoramic hike from the Hochzeiger to the Sechszeiger or vice versa with cable car support on the ascent and descent.
  • Spectacular Zirbencart track! The 4.0 km long Zirbencart track starts at the mountain station of the Hochzeiger 2.5 eight-seater chairlift.
  • 11.5 km of downhill biking! The downhill bike fun starts at 2,500 meters. A total of more than 1,000 meters in altitude can now be conquered over a length of 11.5 km. A must-do for all those who love action!
